• Add Flexible Protection to Active Hose Routes
The PE spiral follows ordinary bends and movement while providing a separate wear surface around the hose.
• Work Around Fittings and Branching Points
Side-entry installation makes the guard practical where couplings, connectors or existing assemblies block a tubular sleeve.
• Adapt Coverage to Changing Route Conditions
Turn spacing can be reduced at rubbing points and opened through sections that need greater freedom of movement.
• Make Routine Condition Checks Easie
Wear remains visible on the outer wrap, allowing damaged sections to be renewed after the hose is checked.
1. Pliable Spiral Form
Conforms to hose bends and moderate bundle changes without forming a closed enclosure.
2. Tool-Light Installation
Winds onto accessible hoses from the side and can be repositioned during setup.
3. Selective Coverage
Protects a short wear point, a moving zone or a longer exposed assembly as required.
4. Compatible Bundle Management
Helps retain grouped hoses and cables while limiting direct rubbing between their jackets.
5. Low-Maintenance Outer Cover
Dirt and wear remain visible on the guard so cleaning and replacement can be planned during inspection.
6. Application-Based Options
Nominal diameter, strip section, pitch, color, length and packing can be reviewed for production quantities.

1. Mobile Hydraulic Equipment
Reduces jacket scuffing where hoses move around arms, cylinders, frames and attachment points.
2. Agricultural Machinery
Covers exposed lines that encounter vibration, repeated steering or implement movement, soil and structural contact.
3. Workshop and Maintenance Areas
Protects temporary or fixed hose runs that cross floors, benches and service access zones.
4. Pneumatic Automation
Adds an external barrier where air tubing and cable bundles pass near machine edges or moving assemblies.
5. Utility and Equipment Bundles
Organizes compatible lines and helps prevent localized chafing at ties, guides and enclosure entries.
Measure the complete outside diameter at the widest part of the hose or bundle. Allow enough internal clearance for the spiral to wind on without marking or compressing the line. Map the route into high-contact and high-flex sections, then set the turn spacing for each area. Check that the ends remain clear of couplings and moving joints.Operate the equipment through the full motion range and watch for bunching, migration or restricted bending.
• Size & Dimensions - Spiral inside diameter, band width, wall thickness and pitch can be customized to match hose or bundle dimensions and installation requirements.
• Coverage & Length - Custom coil lengths and pre-cut sections are available to meet specific coverage and installation requirements.
• Colors & Identification - Standard and custom colors are available, with product identification and batch labeling options to meet project requirements.
• Packaging - Various packaging options are available according to customer requirements.
HPS-PE-SX-P complies with the applicable requirements of RoHS and REACH regulations, supported by relevant material compliance test reports.Product quality is controlled through material verification, dimensional inspection and manufacturing process monitoring to ensure consistent construction and reliable external mechanical protection.
• Resin and color control - Incoming PE material and identification are checked against the approved production requirement.
• Spiral Geometry Control - Inside diameter, strip shape, wall section and forming pitch are monitored during production.
• Winding Trial - Samples are applied to the approved hose, bundle or gauge to review handling and fit.
• Finish Inspection - Edges, cracks, distortion, contamination and unacceptable surface or color defects are screened.
• Final Order Check - Part number, size, length, quantity, labels and packing are reconciled before release.
